Great news!!!!!!! Media Composer v8. Installer: There is a Media Composer v8. No patch installers with this release. Changed in v8. More info can be found on this new change in the attached ReadMe. Fixed in v8. ReadMe: The ReadMe was sent out earlier today. For now that version is what is expected to be posted to The Media Composer 8. How Customers will obtain the Media Composer v8. Customers who have already installed the latest version of Media Composer will be notified of the availability of the v8.
The Apps tab will also provide a link to download and install the update when desired. New customers who purchase Media Composer on or after June 29, will receive this v8. Just want to make sure I'm reading correctly and this isn't somehow available to a much wider user base than I think it is.
